My business plan includes utilizing my fifteen years of experience and knowledge in our housing industry in conjunction with my Brokers license to bring the best value and service to my client. My experience started at a young age when I worked as an electricians helper in the summers while out of school. I developed a strong desire to learn as much as I could about the trades involved in the housing industry. I decided to chase my childhood dream of being a builder and learn all I could about housing. After building a few custom homes and doing some land devlopment projects, I decided it was time to take my knowledge and use it in the best interest of my family and the public. Real estate was where I thought I could best serve. The things I have learned and applied to my real estate business have proved to be a big advantage to my client in a world of traditional real estate services. There is more to this profession than holding a license. You have to also know the product. Then you can look out for the best interest of your client.
